Basic Beginners Qigong

Qigong is a series of breathing exercises that increases vital energy, promotes well-being, strengthens the immune system and reduces tension and stress. Relax, unwind and join instructor Yul Hill every Sunday, through July and August at the Greenglade Community Centre.
Yul is trained in the ancient art of Qigong by renowned Master Hing Cheung. Over the past 30 years, he has practiced and taught mediation and Qigong. Yul has had the opportunity to train with Eric Tuttle, Canada’s highest ranked internal martial artist and Minke de Vos of the Universal Healing Tao System.
