Qigong Cancer Walk
August 25 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
The Qigong for cancer therapy is a walking Qigong exercise that combines physical and mental activities, employing movements, meditation and regulates breathing. Cancer patients can summon up their internal vital energy and create a balance between the positive and negative elements in their body. This energy clears their internal organs of obstructions and promotes the circulation of both blood and Chi, and thereby aiding their recovery.
Instructed by Yul Hill, Qigong for cancer therapy takes place every Sunday, through July and August and September 1 and 8 at the Greenglade Community Centre (Room 4), from 10am to 11am. It is FREE to participate.
Yul is trained in the ancient art of Qigong by renowned Master Hing Cheung. Over the past 30 years, he has practiced and taught meditation and Qigong. Yul has had the opportunity to train with Eric Tuttle, Canada’s highest ranked internal martial artist and Minke de Vos of the Universal Healing Tao System.
