      We are looking for an individual to fill our permanent, full time Composite Trimmer position (Monday to Thursday 10hrs/day). The successful applicant will be reliable, hardworking and detail oriented.       Primary Objectives
      • Trimming of Composite Aerospace parts to molds and templates
      • Sanding, fill and fair, deburring & surface finishing
      • Organize the workflow to meet the manufacturing schedule
      Specific Responsibilities of the Position:
      • Demonstrate Safe Working Practices
      • Maintain a clean and ordered work environment
      • Read and interpret Technical Drawings and Material Specifications
      • Review Work Plans for accuracy
      • Perform Fabrication Processes (Trimming / Surface Filling and Fairing)
      • Ensure Work Order Documentation is completed in accordance with HCC Quality Standards
      • At all times representing the HCC Brand and HCC Quality Standards
      • General shop duties / assisting other team members as and when required
      Knowledge and Skills
      • Experience with hand and power tools ESSENTIAL
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Highly Motivated and Self Directed
      • Able to work in a timely fashion to meet delivery schedule
      Full training will be given, however the following experience would be of advantage
      • Experience in autobody, woodwork, aerospace manufacturing or general manufacturing bench work, an advantage
      • Working knowledge of composite processes an advantage
      • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, job travelers, and planning documents, an advantage
