    • Job Description:

      About the position:
      We are offering a permanent Front Office Manager / Business Developer position, with four weekday shifts from 10am – 4pm, and potential room for growth in job and hours. You will be responsible for building clientele through marketing campaigns and initiatives as well as retention of existing clients. The responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the clinic’s social media channels, website content and monthly newsletter. You will be managing the front office activities including client bookings, making/receiving client calls. You will be processing payments and managing the CRM system as well as general administrative duties.
      The ideal candidate is someone who has an eye for detail and is a self-starter, that can be flexible as the needs & duties fluctuate. You will need to thrive in a fast paced environment. Participation/attendance at wellness shows will be required. More opportunities will be explained as part of the interview process.

      Who we are looking for:
      We are looking for a personable, outgoing, friendly, health orientated individual with a keen sense of what it takes to grow our business. This person must be comfortable with up-selling to clients and prospects. Knowledge of administrative duties and marketing our clinic is critical. Joining our front end team, you have a focus on providing exceptional client care. An interest in natural and alternative health is needed to be successful in this role. Must be proficient in managing social media and scheduling client appointments, etc.
