    • Job Description: Position Description Terra is seeking an experienced part-time (15 hours per week) Administrative Assistant to assist with will all aspects of administration; including, but not limited to, managing front desk reception as well as general filing and general support in expense management, invoicing, accounts payables and receivables. Specific responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): • Filing, scanning and photocopying documents. • Creating, labelling and organizing electronic and hard copy folders. • Assisting with the preparation of basic invoices for clients. • Assisting with the word processing and formatting of various documents, spreadsheets and presentations. • Assisting with the processing of staff expense claims. • Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries. • Maintaining office supplies; ordering essential kitchen items, keeping reception area presentable at all times. • Updating boardroom calendars and scheduling meetings. • Arranging travel and accommodations, as required by key staff. • Coverage for reception on lunch, vacations and sick days. Qualifications/Skills • 3+ years of similar experience. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • Ability to work, troubleshoot and problem solve independently. • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
